As if TSA and airport security isn’t creepy and invasive enough, British Airways wants to create dossiers on all of their passengers in order to provide a more personalized experience.
The consumer data collected will not only include information the airline already possesses, such as previous complaints and flight history, but it will also contain information from Google Image searches… so flight attendants can recognize you and apologize for previous inconveniences with the airline. Many questions about Privacy have been raised, but no conclusions have been made yet.
